SPECIFICATION Re: Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 The staff has completed its review to assess the completeness and adequacy of NNECOS responses to Generic l.etter 83-28 Items 1.2, 2.1 (Part 1), 3.1.3, 3.2.3, 4.1, 4.2.1, 4.2.2, and 4.3 - Technical Specification.
Item 2.1 (Part 2) has not been completed, and Item 4.3 - Technical Specification requires additional information from you. contains the staff's safety evaluation reports in support of our conclusions regarding the completeness of these items.
