Item 2.1 (Part 2) has not been completed, and Item 4.3 - Technical Specification requires additional information from you.

Enclosure 1 contains the staff's safety evaluation reports in support of our conclusions regarding the completeness of these items. Please review this information, and provide your schedule for responding to Item 4.3 - Technical Specification within 30 days of the date of this letter.
