This letter refers to the Enforcement Conference held at our request at the
Region II Office on August 25, 1986.

Sequoyah Surveillance Program were expressed to TVA representatives at the
meeting.
The items discussed at the meeting and similar items discussed during
the May 30, 1986,
Enforcement Conference are under consideration for escalated
enforcement action.
No response to these items is required.Accordingly, no notice of violation
time.
However, please be advised that
the number and characterization of these violations may change as a result of
further NRC review.
It is our opinion that this meeting was beneficial and has provided for a better
understanding of inspection findings and enforcement issues.
