The Safety Evaluation inputs were formally transmitted at the Assistant Director management level. The Project Manager attests that any minor modifications to the Safety Evaluation have been coordinated an~d approved at the appropriate management level of the affected review division.
The SSER No. 7 print date is October 1986.
