To discuss the concerns of CSB regarding two deficiencies which have been identified in the acceptance review of the WilP-2 OL application. These are: (1)theproposed tese of a catalytic hydrogen recombiner to meettheguidelinesofR.G.1.7;and(2) the pmposed use of pool dynatife loads obtained from DFFR, Revision 3, which has not been submitted.
