Our review included the radioactive vaste management systems (covered by Standard Review Plans 11.1 through 11.S), the auxiliary radioactivo liquid and gaseous process systems (covered by Standari Review Plans 5.4.S. 6.S.1, 0.3.2, 10.4.2, 10.4.3) and the radioactive tank failure accident analysis (covered by Standard Review Plan 1S.7.3), and find that they are approximately 9S% complete. !!owever, we will need additional infomation concerning pro-visions for hydrogen gas analysis in the main condenser offgas treatment i
system and the accident analysis of postulated radioactive releases due to failure of liquid storago tanks. A list of required information is enclosed.
We recorraend acceptance of this application.

321.1 Your description of the main Ccndenser offgas treatment (11.3) system is not complete. You should describe the hydrogen gas analyzers used downstream of the recombiners and up-stream of the delay portions of the system. Your des-cription should include a brief description of analy:er checks and calibfat:lons and should specify that the analyser (s) shall be nonsparking.
321.2 We note that you state the accident analysis for liquid (15.7.3) waste tank failures will be supplied later. This information is needed for completion of our analysis. You should pro-vide an estimate of the approximate date this information will be submitted.
