FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS General Electric Company hereby cubmits revisions (dated 5/08/87) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel faorication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina.
This submittal supercedes References 2 and 3 in their entirety. contains a descriptive listing of the changes made which do not require NRC approval prior to implementation, and contains the revised pages.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
