Special Assistant to the Director of the Division of Project Management STATUS OF ACRS CONCERilS REGARDIriG Tile WIP-2 FACILITY In accordance with your request I have prepared an evaluation of the status of six specific conceri;s of the ACRS with respect to the Wshington 11aclear Flant No. 2 (W'IP-2) which were contained in the ACRS report to the Chaiman of the AEC dated October 19, 1972. This status is surmrized 1n the enclosure to this note.
Whcrc I have indicated that an issue has been resolved, I have referenced the pertinent su's'ittals by the Washington Public Power (UPPSS).
Where applicable, I have also referenced the staff's letter to UPPSS which stated the staff's acceptance of the proposed resolution.
