On October 31, 1986, Region II completed a security inspection of your pre-employment screening program for individuals granted unescorted access to your licensed nuclear facilities. During our efforts. we became aware of two
-audits you had performed to review the adequacy of your entire security program.
By this letter, we are requesting copies of the following:
- 1) memo from R. P. Denise to S A. White titled " Physical Security Review," dated October 3, 1986, and 2) the September 29, 1986, International Energy Associates Limited Audit titled, " Review of TVA Nuclear Security Program." Additionally, we are requesting your action plans to address the findings of thess two audits.
