SUBJECT:
NOTICE OF VIOLATION ON WOLF CREEK RCS FLOW PROBLEM (87-05)
We have reviewed the proposed notice of violation for the Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation related to the licensee's errors in determining the reactor coolant system flow rate and failure to document the observed deficien-cies to the shift supervisor.
We concur with the proposed categorization of these activities as two Severity Level IV violations.
