We have received a copy of your application dated December 10, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requested review and approval of fire barriers for the Peach Bottom Atogic Power Station to assure that they meet the fire protection requirements of Appendix P,.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remicted with your application. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your December 10, 1986 request. Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
