and three contract personnel, during the period June 2-13, 1986, of activities

authorized by~ NRC Construction Permit CPPR-128 for the South Texas Project,

conclusion of the inspection.

Areas-examined during the inspection included a review of the utility's 1

I preservice inspection program, inspection procedures, observation of work

f activities, and a review of inspection records. Within these areas, the

f inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative

records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the NRC inspectors. l

The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed inspection report. '

Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identified.
