The Commission has forwarded the enclosed " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License NPF-4 and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing Correction" to the Office of the Federal Reaister for publication. This Notice corrects a typographical error contained in FR Doc. 86-5057 that appeared in the Federal Register on Friday, March 7, 1986 (51 FR 8057).

This notice relates to your application dated January 17, 1986, which would revise the North Anna Power Station, Unit No. 1 Technical Specifications to permit a level of 7% Steam Generator Plugging at the currently licensed thermal power of 2775 MWt.
