Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Light Company, by counsel, pursu-ant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Lieutenant John W. Streeter, Jr. of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York on the subject areas of Contention EX 50. The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court re-porter on December 17,1986, at 1:00 p.m. and thereaf ter until the taking of the deposi-tion may be completed, at the offices of Hunton & Williams,2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20036.
