Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Light Company, by counsel, pursu-ant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, -

will take the deposition upon oral examination of Assistant Chief Richard Roberts of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York on the subject areas of Contentions EX 21(F), 22(I), 40 and 41. The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court reporter on December 15,1986, at 9:00 a.m. and thereaf ter until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Hunton & Williams 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.,20036.
