This letter transmits the details of the Management Meeting held on October 16,
1986 in the Region I Office, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania to discuss the
noncompliances identified by you as a result of your re-evaluation of the Peach
Bottom 2 and 3 safe shutdown capability in the event of a fire.
The topics discussed at that meeting relate to the findings identified by you
and reported to the NRC under the conditions of Confirmatory Action Letter
(CAL) 86-07.
