Enclosure 1 provides a listing of the report numbers, the related employee

' concerns, and the previous submittal dates if applicable. To assist you in your review of these reports, Enclosure 2 provides a comparison between the ECTG Writer's Guide recommended report format and the transmitted reports.

Enclosure-3 transmits the final element reports for 3 elements addressing Sequoyah Nuclear Plant employee concerns in the following categories:

Engineering - 1 report Material Control - 2 reports As indicated by the report cover sheets, these reports have completed final review by responsible program management. With these final reports, this completes the SQN element report submittals except for any revisions which may be deemed necessary as related activities, such as NRC review, progress. All SQN applicable concerns as transmitted to you in our letter dated September 3, 1986, have now been addressed except for concern BFN-85-001-001. This concern

'is applicable to all sites, however, it will be evaluated at the corporate

. level. It has been determined that a site-specific evaluation is not appropriate and, therefore, the concern is no longer included in the SQN restart plan.
