NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1113/86-24 Thank you for your responses of January 15, 1987, and April 13, 1987, to our Notice of Violation issued on Decmeber 1, 1986, concerning activities conducted at your Wilmington facility under NRC License No. SNM-1097.
