We have completed a review of certain applications for license amendments which your company has filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review in connection with the la Crosse Boiling Water Reactor. As a result of this review, we find that fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 have not been paid for certain applications which were filed pursuant to the March 23, 1978 regulations and that fees paid for other applications were not adequate. Consequently, we have enclosed a list which shows the application dates, fees paid, fees that are applicable, and the ONRR staff's fee determination on each of them.

Based on the ONRR staff's fee determinations, a total of $25,200 is due the USNRC for the applications on the enclosed list. Therefore, you are requested to remit this amount to our office. If the final review of your January 30, 1984 application reveals that the fees assessed are not appropriate, you will be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
