Submittal of Revision 15 to the Yankee Security Plan
Dear Dr. Murley:
Enclosed is Revision 15 to the Yankee Security Plan and a description of the changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Attachment (A) provides a description of the changes to the Security Plan.
These changes were made as a result of preliminary findings of the Regulatory Effectiveness Review (RER) conducted between July 28 and August 1, 1986.
In order to continually improve upon our security program, we find it advantageous to make some changes to the plan in advance of the receipt of the final RER report.
These changes have been reviewed by the Plant Operation Review Committee and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
The enclosed Attachments (A) and (B) are considered " Safeguards Information" and should be withheld from public disclosure, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
