Dear Mr. Mroczka:
PDI-4 Files Re: Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 A review of Docket No. 50-336 indicates that that several submittals, based upon our requests for additional information (RFI) or your commitment letters, are now late. These submittals are as follows:
" Relief Valve and Safety Valve Testing, TMI Action Item II.D.1" - Our September 30, 1986 RFI requested your response in sixty (60) days.
" Implementation of Regulatory Guide 1.97" - Our March 14, 1985 PFI requested your response in sixty (60) days. Your partial response was dated August 7,1986.
"PWR Secondary Water Chemistry Monitoring Requirements - Multiplant Action Item C-01" - Your commitment letter dated December 10, 1986 stated that this item would be submitted by March 2, 1987.
" Reporting SV and RV Failures and Challenges - TMI Action Item II.K.3.3" -
Your connitment letter dated December 10, 1986 stated that this item would be submitted by March 2, 1987 The lack of the above submittals makes it impossible for us to move forward toward completion of the associated reviews. Accordingly, within thirty (30) days following receipt of this letter, please provide a revised schedule for submitting the requested information. We expect that you will make every effort to meet this revised schedule.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
Sincerely,
/S/
