SUMMARY
OF RESULTS Byron SALP 5 incompasses activities in 17 functional areas during all, or part, of the 18 month assessment period. The licensee's performance was acceptable in the construction activities which continued from the previous assessment period. However, perfonnance in functional areas involving Unit 1 operations demonstrates significant weaknesses. Although the licensee is considered capable, continued management action is needed in order to assure acceptable performance.
