-Re: Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No. 2 (ANO-2)
As discussed with Dale James of your staff, a team of the NRC Personnel identified in Enclosure I will visit your AN0-2 facility during the period of December 2 through December 5,.986. The purpose of the visit is to review the design, maintenance, surveillance testing and reliab'ility of the emergency feedwater system at AN0-2. An agenda for this visit will be provided by November 17, 1986.
We request your assistance in making the necessary arrangements to allow the site visit team to perform the review at your facility.
