_P1_ ant Industrial Security Manual Appendix C In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed you will find the original and three (3) copies of Appendix C to the Plant Industrial Security Manual. Appendix C describes the temporary security measures employed during the construction associated with the expansion of the existing Security Building. Attachment 1 to this letter describes the changes contained in Appendix C.
WPSC expects that Appendix C will be effective untti the end of 1987 or early 1988 when construction will be nearing completion.
WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the Industrial Security Plan and are therefore submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(P).
The attachments to this letter contain Security Safeguards Information as defined l
by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public document rooms.
