We have received a copy of your application dated October 10, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This application requires review and approval of the type of carpeting to be installed.in the Control Room at the Fort Calhoun Station.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your applica; ion. Therefore, it is requested that the Power District remit the application fee of $150 for your October 10, 1986 request. The Power [istrict will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your arplication in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
