Your letter of June 10, 1986, transmitted a complete Revision (No. 2) to the Combustion Engineering, Inc., Power Systems Group Physical Security Plan for the protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance. We have reviewed the information contained in this Plan revision and have determined that portions of the revision are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e), and are considered acceptable.
However, certain other portions of this revision requires clarification /
modification for the reasons stated in the enclosure to this letter.
For these portions, you are to modify your plan accordingly and submit corrected page revisions to this office within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
The enclosure to your letter and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Such information is deemed to be Commercial c-Financial Information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12; therefore they will be withheld from public disclosure and will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
