WHP-3 OL ACCEPTANCE REVIEW Your memorandum of July 9,1982, requested review of the EG&G acceptance review for the WNP-3 FSAR for validity. Comment 76, assigned to LQB, is invalid. The comment is as follows:
76 Section 13.1.1.1.2 indicates that a control room review by an (13.1.1.1.2) outside consultant will be initiated.
Identify this consultant and provide a schedule for completion of the review.
This reference to a control room review appears to be the detailed control room design review of NUREG-0660, 0737, and SECY 82-111. This review should be de-scribed in FSAR Chapter 18. The responsible branch for review of this chapter l

The " missing" comment in the EG&G acceptance review would appear to be one which notes the absence of Section 18, and requests that this section be provided. On this basis, comient 76 as written is invalid. The comment i
should be replaced with one to the effect that this chapter (18) should be provided in an early amendment to the FSAR.
It might be appropriate to refer to SECY 82-111 (assuming near-future Conaission approval of that document) as describing the material that should be provided in Chapter 18.
