These questions are the result of a recent visit to the site area by !!RC staff nenbers and consulhants, and review of seismic reficction profiles recently roccived i from the applicant.

A360.15 Concerning the Rattlesnake-Wallula Gap fault at Yellepit and Finley Quarry

the criteria used to determine the origin of the apparent offset of the capping gravels over the Center fault, their capability in view of the evidence for repeated movement and the abstract by M. P. Cochran (Pac. NW. AGU, Sept.1981) suggesting a 2.5-3.5 km extension of the Finley Quarry fault.

Q360.22 Provide a complete discussion cf the linear feature located at about the 900' contour of Rattlesnake Hill (R 25E, TilN Walla Walla 2' sheet), the extent of mapping in the area (provide map on topographic base), an assessment of its capability and, if applicable, maximum earthquake potential, including bases for conclusions.

. MANAGEMENT REVIEW WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM WNP-2 Specific Matters to be Covered:

1. Overall corporation organization, showing the organizational units that will provide overall management and technical support for the operation of WNP-2. Particular emphasis should be placed on:

a) Latest organizational transitions completed or planned, such as the lines of authority and reporting for startup and testing, Nuclear Safety Function, Health Safety and Security, and the Independent Safety Engineering Group.

b) Technical support to be provided by the Technology Directorate vice the technical support to be provided by WNP-2 Program (Project Management) c) Numbers and qualifications of technical support personnel d) Relationship between corporate support elements and the plant staff

2. The organizational structure for the preoperational and startup test program. Technical support to be provided to the program from the home office, G.E. and B&R. The numbers and qualifications of support personnel.

The involvement of the home office and plant staff in the preoperational testing and startup program.

3. The provisions for maintaining and transferring the plant knowledge gained in the design and construction phase to the operating organization (home office and plant staff).
