Dear Mr. Papanic:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.104 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee) in response to your application of February 5,1986.
The amendment modifies the Technical Specifications relating to reporting requirements on reportable events and on primary coolant iodine spiking.
This completes our review under Tac 60705.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Connission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
