d ge In accordance with 10 CFR 72,10 CFR 50.54(p), and Carolina Power & Light Company's letter dated April 3,1986, enclosed are four copies of Revision 12 (Annex B) to the H. B. Robinson Plant, Unit 2, Industrial Security Plan. Annex.B. deals with security for the H. B. Robinson Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) and is required to be implemented and maintained pursuant to the ISFSI license, SNM-2502, Appendix B.
The revision contains no changes which would be known to decrease the effectiveness of the Industrial Security Plan or the level of security provided.
Portions of the attached have been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provision of 10 CFR 73.21. It is requested that those parts of the attachment which are not protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.79(d)(1).
