- 12. The licensee is exempted from the requirement in 10 CFR 30.35(f) to provide a i
mechanism that guarantees funds for decommissioning. This exemption is based on the l
decommissioning funding plan and cost estimate contained in the licensee's I
su'omittals dated April 25, 1991, July 25, 1991 and August 26, 1991. An updated l
decommissioning cost estimate shall be submitted on or before January 31, 1997.
[L i 13. The licensee shall maintain records of information important to safe and effective I
decommissioning at the address specified in Condition 10. per the provisions of I
10 CFR 30.35(g) until this license is terminated by the Commission.
