Section 8, Accident Analysis Branch 312.20 In reference to Section 2.2.3.1 of the FSAR, Indicate if (2.2.3.1) the statement "no dangerous materials are being transported past the plant site frequently..." is meant to include consideration of toxic gas sources as well as combustibles or explosives.
Provide estimates of the toxic material shipment frequencies and quantities along the four lane highway (Route 4) past the WNP-2 site.
Indicate the basis for the estimates (e.g. toll bridge counts, state highway transportationsurveys,etc.).
