Areas examined during the inspection included review of QA programs and
i procedures pertaining to work, construction. testing, personnel qualification ~,
change control procedures for instrumentation and electrical cable systess, and
the licensee's followup.on significant: construction deficiencies (SCDs).
j Within these areas,:the~ inspection consisted of selective examination of
procedures and representative records,--interviews with personnel, and
