Consumers Power Company letter dated April 16, 1987 informed the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of a proposed restructuring plan by which Consumers Power Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of a new holdirg company and requested NRC review and approval of this change. The required application fee for this licensing action was inadvertently not included with the submittal.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR170.12(c) a check in the amount of-
