This confirms our plans as discussed on April 20, 1987, between Mr. D. Farrar and Mr. C. Allen of your staff and Mr. M. Ring of this office to have a meeting with you and members of your staff at 2:30 p.m. (CDT) on Friday, April 24, 1987, at the NRC Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This meeting will be an enforcement conference to discuss the LC0 violation which occurred at LaSalle on April 2, 1987, when a primary containment pressure switch was left out of service for longer than allowed by Technical Specifications.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
