By letter dated December 15, 1986, the Owners' Group submitted Topical Report No. WCAP-11325 entitled " Steam Generator Low Water Level Protection System Modifications to Reduce Feedwater Related to Trips" and Topical Report No. WCAP 11342 entitled " Modification of the Steam Generator Low-Low Level Trip Setpoint to Reduce Feedwater Related Trips" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.21.J, requests for review of _ topical reports and revisions or amendments to accepted reports are to be-accompanied by an application fee of $150.
Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs up to $20,000 for each topical report or revison to an accepted topical report. Your December 15, 1986 request was not accompanied by the required application fees of $300.
Therefore, the Owners Group is requested to remit these aplication fees to our office.
