Thank you for your letter of June 2,1986, in response to IE Bulletin 85-03 dated Novernber 15, 1985. As a result of our preliminary review, we find that additional infonnation is needed. Specifically, Action Item e. requested the submittal of a program to accomplish Action Items b. through d.
While your letter states that Houston Lighting & Power Company intends to accomplish the action items prior to full load, it does not present a program to ensure completion.
Please provide the supplemental information within 30 days of the date of this letter.
