In Reference (c), Yankee submitted to the USNRC a list of proposed relief requests from ASME,Section XI, Code Requirements.
Based on recent discussions with the USNRC, Yankee hereby requests that Relief Request No. 2,
" Safety Injection Nitrogen System, Code Category C-H, ASME XI, 1977 Edition, Summer 1978 Addendum," be withdrawn at this time.
