SPECIAL REPORT LOOSE PARTS MONITOR CHANNEL #3 INOPERABLE i
On December 12, 1986 channel #3 (UPPER VESSEL A) of the Unit 1 Vibration and Loose l
Parts Monitor System was declared inoperable. A Work Request was written to investigate and repair the channel. The repair vill be carried out during a future outage. Since the channel has been inoperable nore than 30 days, this is reportable pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.9.
