Dear Mr. Keppler:
Attachment B to our May 15, 1986 letter outlines the action plan by which Commonwealth Edison intends to address concerns raised in NRC IE Bul atin 85-03.
l Action Item D to Attachment B pertains to the preparation or revision of procedures ensuring that correct switch settings are determined and maintained throughout plant life.
In our May 15, 1986 response, we indicated that this review will be complete by September 1, 1986.
We now anticipate that these procedures will be in place for each unit prior to valve testing in their respective refueling outages.
This change does not impact our ability to meet the November 15, 1987 bulletin completion date.
