Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2, and 3, Physical Security Plan. We have reviewed the information contained in this plan revision and have determined that portions of the revision are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and are considered acceptable.
However, a portion of the revision is not considered acceptable for the reason stated in the enclosure to this letter.
For this portion, you are to modify your plan accordingly and submit a corrected page revision to this office within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
The enclosures to your above referenced letter are being withheld from public disclosure since they contain Safeguards Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21.

CHANGE REQUIRING CLARIFICATION / MODIFICATION PaSe Section Comment 4-1 4.2.1 This section was revised to add the statement " Video motion detectors are also used in select areas" to the description of the protected area intrusion system. This section should be expanded to include a statement that video motion detectors are used only in conjunction with other approved perimeter intrusion detection systems, and that no portion of the perimeter has only video motion detectors as the primary perimeter intrusion detection system.
