On August 13, 1986, the NRC administered a written examination to an employee
of your company who had applied for a license to operate your Indian Point 3
Nuclear Power Plant. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination
questions were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this
