In a telephone call from the Board Chairman to Mr. Dignan late last week, we were asked to respond to Mr. Roisman's question concerning representation of the Applicants in this proceeding. 'that question is contained on Transcript page 24606.
l The attorneys who have appeared on behalf of the Applicants in this case are:
Bishop, Liberman, Cook, Purcell & Reynolds Worsham, Forsythe, Sampels & Wooldridge Ropes & Gray Roy P. Lessy These firms have been retained by Texas Utilities Electric Company and appear in this proceeding on behalf of all of the Applicants pursuant to a Joint Ownership Agreement among them.
Under that Agreement, Texas Utilities Electric Company is responsible for the licensing proceeoings concerning this facility.

We are presently in discussion with the attorneys who represent the minority owners and hope to be able to resolve any questions in this regard within the next few days.
