Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan Changes, Revision 11 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Unita 1, 2 and 3 This letter forwards Revision 11 to the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" for NRC 10 CFR 50.54(p) review.
A chronology of the current NRC review status of Revisions 1 through 11 to this Plan is provided on page x in the enclosure.
Revision 11 to this Plan responds to the August 4, 1986 NRC approved rule change to 10 CFR 73.55 paragraph (d)(1), " Access requirements." The final search requirements defined in Revision 11 to this Plan will be implemented on September 3,1986.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of a description of the changes and of Revision 11 to this Plan which is notification of the changes.
The changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards Information" and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure as prescribed in 10 CFR 73.21.
