REGION II INCIDENT RESPONSE PLAN As a result of the Full Field Exercise of the Federal Radiological Emergency Response Plan in early 1984, Region II incorporated " Lessons Learned" into a new Incident Response Plan.

Enclosed are Sections I and II of the new plan.

Section I is an overview of the NRC response to an Incident.

Section II is speci fic..information on ' Region II's response to an _ Incident.

Because of the-proprietary information in Section III, which contains personal contact and coordinating information (e.g., home telephone numbers), that portion of the Plan has not been provided.
