Pursuant to USNRC Regulatory Guide 1.20, enclosed please find one copy of the final report entitled " Comprehensive Vibration Assessment Program for Reactor Internals During Preoperational Testing" ( August 1986).

This report describes the inspection program of reactor internals which is also discussed in FSAR Section 3.9(N).2.4.

In this regard it should be noted that the Staff has indicated the acceptability of the program in Section 3.9.2.'3 of Reference (b).
