FORT CALHOUN NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 - SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 16 This is in regard to your letter of July 31, 1985, which submitted Peviu Jn 16 to the Security Plan for Fort Calhoun Nuclear Station.

Review respuhsibility for portions of this submittal (Sections 3.1.3, 3.2.1.4, 6.1.4 and 6.2.4) was transferred to NRC Headquarters from Region IV on May 23, 1985.

Based upon our review and conversations betweer. t:1e safeguards reviewer and Mr. James J. Fisicaro, we have determineo that portions of Revision 16 require some clarification. Enclosed are ti.e reviewer's comments. After clarification is made in the Security Plan, the change 3 should be re1ubmitted to Region IV under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
