FACILITIES: Limerick Units 1 and 2 PETITIONS FOR REVIEW: None REVIEW TIME EXPIRES: February 28, 1986, as extended DISCUSSION: In ALAB-823, after determining that it lacked i jurisdiction to rule, the Appeal Board referred to the Commission a motion filed by Robert Anthony / FOE requesting that the Limerick operating license proceedine be reopened on possible effects of a gas or petroleum pipeline explosion on Limerick structures. They also requested that the Limerick Unit 1 operatina license be stayed.
