2 technical, environmental and onsite emergency planning issues.

The Licensing Board resolved each of the issues in favor of the applicant, Philadelphia Electric Company ("PECO").

The Appeal Board affirmed the Licensing Board in all respects save one.

There the Appeal Board found that PECO had not made adequate arrangements for the treatment of certain onsite personnel who are contaminated and traumatically injured and remanded the issue to the Licensing Board for further hearings.

The Appeal Board found that this deficiency did not warrant license suspen-sion, but directed the Licensing Board to resolve the matter expeditiously.

Three parties -- PECO, Robert Anthony / Friends of the Earth (" FOE") and Limerick Ecology Action

(" LEA") -- have filed petitions for review seeking Commission review of various aspects of ALAB-819.

The NRC staff opposed the petitions.
