Your letter dated January 6,1986, addressed your concerns about certain staff hour charges and contractual costs billed on Invoices D0119 and D0120. These invoices were for operating license review costs for your Nuclear Projects WNP-1 and WNP.3 through June 23, 1984.
This letter is to inform you that we have not forgotten your request.
The demands on our staff required for the administration of the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170 and the new 10 CFR 171 (effective October 20, 1986) have been too extensive to permit us to fill requests such as yours. It is our hope and projected goal to respond to your request by April 30,1987.
We extend our apologies to you for this significant and unusual delay in responding to your request.
