Operations Narrative Cooper Nuclear Station October 1986 Reactor operation continued in normal End-of-Cycle coastdown through October 3, while following the prescribed daily load schedule. At 0600 hours0.00694 days <br />0.167 hours <br />9.920635e-4 weeks <br />2.283e-4 months <br /> CDT on October 4, 1986, the reactor was manually scrammed from 30 percent power. The End-of-Cycle 10 outage for refueling and maintenance commenced October 4, 1986. A capacity factor of 6.9 percent was calculated for the month of October.
